Your role

Saab Aeronautics is facing an exciting challenge to manufacture and deliver the products of the future in military and civilian production. The role of a line operator involves a varied daily routine that requires personal flexibility to achieve the department's goals. You will be part of a teamwork that includes reading blueprints, masking, controlling, and documenting process parameters in the ERP production system. You will be part of a goal-oriented group that influences its own daily work through self-control, prioritization, and responsibility for quality and delivery.

The workplace is Tannefors, Linköping, and the work will be scheduled during the day or in a two-shift system.

Your profile

The role of a line operator involves daily collaboration and communication with others, so you should be flexible, service-oriented, and have good teamwork skills. As a person, we see that you are positive, driven, and have a desire to develop. It is also important that you are meticulous and responsible in your work. You have the ability to take your own initiatives, appreciate coming up with ideas, and strive for improvements in your work.

To succeed and thrive in the role, you have:

• Good computer skills, knowledge of ERP is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in reading blueprints

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
